Chapter 1: Crowns and bridges.
The first part of the remanium® kompendium describes the fabrication
of crowns and bridges with particular reference to the
different processing techniques in comparison to precious metal
alloys. The numerous photographs illustrate the individual working
stages for the reader including fabrication of a bridge framework,
build-up of the ceramic and polishing of a full metal crown.
Chapter 2: Cast partial dentures.
The second part of the kompendium series describes the procedure
during fabrication of a clasped partial denture. Starting with model
analysis and the principles of statics, the entire procedure is presented
in detail up to polishing of the cast partial denture framework.
The concept is completed with a description of different
types of clasps and examples of cases.
Chapter 3: Milling-technique
made of remanium® alloys.
The third part includes the most important areas of prosthetic
applications which can be used for fabricating removable restorations.
All techniques are clearly illustrated including the telescope
technique and other types of attachment, bar or lock restorations.
