Für einen erfolgreichen und möglichst „stressfreien” Start in die Selbstständigkeit
benötigen wir mehr, als nur die „Hardware”.
Fragen wie:
„Wo möchte ich mich am Gesundheitsmarkt positionieren? Wie soll die Aussenwirkung
meiner Praxis sein? Welche Patientengruppe möchte ich ansprechen? Wie soll mein
Praxisalltag aussehen? Wie kann ich Mitarbeiter*innen gewinnen bzw. halten?” müssen
wir uns stellen, um über Jahre erfolgreich und zufrieden im Praxisalltag zu bestehen.
Antworten finden wir, u. a., durch Coachingtechniken.
Dieser Kurs zeigt Möglichkeiten und Wege für den Start in eine erfolgreiche und
nachhaltig zufriedene Praxisführung auf und gibt erfahrenen Praxisinhaber*innen neue
Impulse.
Teilnehmerzahl max. 15 Personen da auch interaktiv gearbeitet werden soll.
