Conditions of Participation for IDS Competition
IDS competition from DENTAURUM GmbH & Co. KG
1. Subject of the Conditions of Participation and Organizer
These Conditions are valid for participation in the competition advertised on the DENTAURUM website: https://www.dentaurum.de/lp/eng/ids-2025.aspx.
The competition is organized by:

This competition is in no way connected to Instagram or META and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram or META. All information relevant to the competition is provided solely by DENTAURUM as organizer; DENTAURUM bears responsibility within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for compliance with the data protection regulations.
2. Eligibility to participate
Persons aged 18 or over are eligible to participate in the competition. It is only possible to participate once. By taking part in the competition, participants agree to these Conditions.
Employees at DENTAURUM GmbH & Co. KG, their subsidiaries, and distributors are excluded from taking part in the competition.
3. Conditions of Participation
To participate, it is necessary to fill in and send at least the mandatory fields in the competition participation form on the IDS website (https://www.dentaurum.de/lp/eng/ids-2025.aspx).
DENTAURUM reserves the right to disqualify any participants who manipulate the competition or who violate the conditions of the competition or if there is reason for justified suspicion.
Participation is free of charge. Participation and chances of winning do not depend on placing an order for our products, using our services, or registering for the DENTAURUM newsletter. Registering for the newsletter does not increase the chances of winning.
4. Period of participation and prize
The competition begins on January 20, 2025, following publication on the IDS website and ends on March 09, 2025, at 23:59 hours (GMT+1). Participation is possible only within this timeframe.
The prize is one of 200 day tickets to visit the IDS, which is open from March 25 - 29, 2025, in Cologne. After the competition has closed, the 200 winners will be determined and informed by mail by DENTAURUM. There is no cash alternative available.
Should the winners not respond by email by March 16, 2025, their prize claim will become void, and a new winner will be determined.
The prize will be sent digitally by email.
5. Data protection
Data entered in the form by the participants is recorded and stored solely for the purpose of the competition. The data will be deleted when the competition is over. Participants must enter their form of address, family name, name of the dental office/laboratory or company, email address, and country. These data will be used by DENTAURUM exclusively within the scope of the competition to send the tickets. The data will not be disclosed to third parties.
Participants may object to the use of their data at any time. Either:

Any objection mandatorily means that the participant cannot take part in the competition.

6. Premature termination of the competition
DENTAURUM reserves the right to change or prematurely terminate the competition without prior notice in the case of unforeseen circumstances or in cases of "force majeure." The latter is valid in particular if errors occur in the software and/or hardware or if other technical and/or legal reasons influence the competition or render its execution impossible.
7. Final provisions
The judges' decision is final. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
